Visited the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple at Chinatown with Loonz.As a form of respect, the temple encourages appropriate attire:
No off-shoulders, sleeveless, shorts, mini skirt, 3-quarter pants.
However, the temple provides to lend "sarong" or pashmina at the entrance before you enter, if you happened to be sleeveless or in shorts
The temple had it "soft"opening ceremony on 30 May 07. On Vesak Day 31 May 07, the queue was so long that it went 3 rounds the temple!
